Content Creator
You’ll bring campaigns and civic initiatives to life online — crafting content that informs, inspires, and moves people to act.
🗂️ Role Overview
The Content Creator helps translate big ideas into engaging digital storytelling. You’ll collaborate with strategists and campaign teams to develop social content, graphics, and light video that make policy issues feel human and actionable.
Core areas include:
Drafting and scheduling social content across multiple campaigns
Developing visuals in Canva or CapCut from provided templates or briefs
Helping maintain social calendars and asset libraries
Monitoring performance and suggesting adjustments based on analytics
Supporting other creative projects as capacity allows
You might be a fit if:
You enjoy writing short-form content and experimenting with visuals
You understand what resonates online and how to adapt tone for audiences
You’re comfortable working independently from clear direction
You care about civic engagement, design, and impact
🤝 How We’ll Work Together
Commitment: Approx. 10–15 hours/week (part-time contract) through March 2026.
Compensation: $25–$35/hour (approx. $1,000–$2,000/month depending on scope).
This role supports ongoing campaign and advocacy clients, with potential to continue on additional projects after the March primary.

Digital Coordinator
You’ll support a civic initiative by reviewing, organizing, and maintaining digital submissions and reports with accuracy and care.
🗂️ Role Overview
The Digital Coordinator role centers on precision, process, and reliable follow-through. You’ll monitor a civic website for incoming submissions, review and categorize entries based on set protocols, and share relevant materials with senior team members for further action.
Core areas include:
Regularly monitoring and triaging incoming submissions
Logging and summarizing incoming information accurately
Coordinating review workflows and maintaining shared databases
Communicating status updates to project leads
Supporting transparency and accountability through reliable digital operations

You’re meticulous, steady, and process-oriented
You’re comfortable handling sensitive or complex information discreetly
You’re tech-savvy and confident working across online tools
You value accuracy and reliability in civic work
🤝 How We’ll Work Together
Commitment: Approx. 10–20 hours/week (part-time contract).
Timeline: Launching this winter with higher activity early on, then tapering to light maintenance through spring 2026.
Compensation: $25–$35/hour (approx. $1,200–$2,800/month depending on project phase).
