The Content Creator helps translate big ideas into engaging digital storytelling. You’ll collaborate with strategists and campaign teams to develop social content, graphics, and light video that make policy issues feel human and actionable.
Core areas include:
Drafting and scheduling social content across multiple campaigns
Developing visuals in Canva or CapCut from provided templates or briefs
Helping maintain social calendars and asset libraries
Monitoring performance and suggesting adjustments based on analytics
Supporting other creative projects as capacity allows
You might be a fit if:

Commitment: 10–20 hours/week (part-time contract; may fluctuate by phase)
Compensation: Typically $25–$35/hour, or $1,200–$2,800/month depending on project phase and experience
