Campaigns Associate
You help keep campaigns on track — balancing project management with hands-on execution across creative, digital, and research functions.
🗂️ Role Overview
The Campaigns Associate helps campaigns and civic projects run smoothly — managing workflows, coordinating creative and digital deliverables, and ensuring the details get done right. You’ll connect strategy to execution, keeping projects organized, on schedule, and moving toward results.
This role blends structure and action: one part project manager, one part doer. From conducting research and writing content to reviewing plans and tracking deliverables, the Campaigns Associate keeps the operation humming — steady, adaptable, and committed to excellent work.
Core areas include:
Support day-to-day campaign and client work across multiple projects.
Coordinate creative and digital deliverables — ensuring timelines and details stay aligned.
Draft and edit copy for social, email, and web content.
Conduct research to inform creative, outreach, and media planning.
Review and organize ad specs, assets, and placements.
Maintain clear communication across team members and partners.
Anticipate needs, solve problems, and help keep momentum.

🤝 How We’ll Work Together
Commitment: Approx. 30–40 hours/week (contract).
Timeline: Through the March 2026 campaign cycle, with flexibility for reduced hours between phases.
Compensation: $25–$35/hour (approx. $3,000–$5,600/month depending on scope and experience).

Content Creator
You’ll bring campaigns and civic initiatives to life online — crafting content that informs, inspires, and moves people to act.
🗂️ Role Overview
The Content Creator helps translate big ideas into engaging digital storytelling. You’ll collaborate with strategists and campaign teams to develop social content, graphics, and light video that make policy issues feel human and actionable.
Core areas include:
Drafting and scheduling social content across multiple campaigns
Developing visuals in Canva or CapCut from provided templates or briefs
Helping maintain social calendars and asset libraries
Monitoring performance and suggesting adjustments based on analytics
Supporting other creative projects as capacity allows
You might be a fit if:
You enjoy writing short-form content and experimenting with visuals
You understand what resonates online and how to adapt tone for audiences
You’re comfortable working independently from clear direction
You care about civic engagement, design, and impact
🤝 How We’ll Work Together
Commitment: Approx. 10–15 hours/week (part-time contract) through March 2026.
Compensation: $25–$35/hour (approx. $1,000–$2,000/month depending on scope).
This role supports ongoing campaign and advocacy clients, with potential to continue on additional projects after the March primary.
